All go to one place; all are made of dust, and
all return to dust again.
Who knows for certain that the spirit of man
goes upward to the heavens and the spirit of
the animal descends downward into the earth?
Therefore I perceive that there is nothing
better than that a man should rejoice in his own
works, for that is his share in life-for who
shall bring him to see what shall be after
him?
